加州 Regulations

Higher Education Employer-Employee Relations Act (HEERA)

HEERA, passed by the 加州 Legislature in 1978 and enacted in 1979, covers employer-employee labor relations for the 加州 State University (CSU) and the University of 加州 (UC) systems. This state law dictates labor relations between the University of 加州 and 加州 State University systems, their employees and the labor organizations that represent their employees.

加州 Education Code, Chapter 5 (Provisions 89500 - 89754)

的 加州 Governor and Legislature are responsible for creating, editing and codifying the laws directly related to the 加州 K-12 public schools, csu和UCs. 的 CSU Board of Trustees are responsible for complying with the provisions contained in the Education Code. Sections within the Education Code that are specific to CSUs are found in Division 8 - 加州 State University. Issues related to personnel matters are contained in Chapter 5 (Provisions 89500-89754).

加州 Code of Regulations

的 加州 Code of Regulations (CCR) contains a set of 28 titles that have been formally adopted by state agencies, reviewed and approved by the Office of Administrative Law, and filed with the Secretary of State. Chapter 1 of Division 5 is specific to CSUs. 的 Board of Trustees has the authority to adopt, amend and appeal these administrative laws.
